Morgan Stanley updates on T. Rowe Price, Virtus and Victory Capital

Investing.com -- Morgan Stanley released analysis of June assets under management for three asset managers. T. Rowe Price Group Inc (NASDAQ: TROW), Virtus Investment Partners Inc (NASDAQ: VRTS), and Victory Capital Holdings Inc (NASDAQ: VCTR) all reported their monthly figures.

T. Rowe Price recorded June 2026 assets under management of $1,893 billion, down 0.2% month-over-month and up 19.6% year-over-year. The firm posted $0.8 billion of net inflows in June, representing 0.5% annualized growth. This compared favorably to Morgan Stanley's estimate of $7.0 billion in outflows.

For the second quarter, T. Rowe Price reported $6.5 billion in outflows, or 1.5% annualized. This was better than Morgan Stanley's estimate of $14.3 billion in outflows and consensus expectations of $12.1 billion in outflows. The quarterly results showed improvement from the first quarter's $13.7 billion in outflows and the prior year second quarter's $16.8 billion in outflows.

Virtus Investment Partners reported June 2026 total assets under management of $152.2 billion, down 0.6% month-over-month and down 10.9% year-over-year. The firm posted $2.0 billion in implied outflows in June, equal to 15.4% annualized.

For the quarter, Virtus reported average assets under management of $153.3 billion and outflows of $5.7 billion, or 15.3% annualized. This compared to Morgan Stanley's estimate of $4.9 billion in outflows and consensus expectations of $3.8 billion in outflows.

Victory Capital recorded June 2026 long-term assets under management of $338.9 billion, up 1.1% month-over-month and up 14.9% year-over-year. The firm posted $2.9 billion in implied long-term inflows in June, representing 10.5% annualized growth.

For the quarter, Victory Capital reported $4.2 billion in long-term inflows, or 5.4% annualized. This exceeded Morgan Stanley's estimate of $1.3 billion in inflows and consensus expectations of $0.6 billion in inflows.
