T3 Defense Inc. (NASDAQ: DFNS) announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Rimon Agencies Ltd., completed delivery of a $1.1 million order for Yam-Or portable elevated lighting systems to an unnamed major Israeli defense customer.
The order was structured across two delivery phases and executed through Rimon's in-house engineering and manufacturing operations. According to the company, both phases were delivered on schedule and in full compliance with customer specifications.
The Yam-Or systems are described as capable of illuminating areas spanning hundreds of meters in diameter from a single deployment point. The systems are designed for use in perimeter defense, checkpoint security, border surveillance, and forward operating base operations.
Menny Shalom, Chairman and CEO of T3 Defense, said the order reflects Rimon's ability to engineer purpose-built systems to defense requirements and manage multi-phase deliveries under defense logistics standards. Itamar Shimoni, CEO of Rimon, said the program demonstrates the company's capacity to scale production and support repeatable, high-volume deployments.
T3 Defense describes itself as a defense company that acquires and operates businesses involved in national security programs, with a focus on areas including drones, counter-drone systems, tactical robotics, and AI software integration.
