Texas Capital names Mo Jamous as chief digital and information officer

Texas Capital Bancshares, Inc. (NASDAQ: TCBI) has appointed Mo Jamous as Managing Director and Chief Digital and Information Officer, effective immediately, according to a company statement.
Jamous will oversee the firm's technology strategy, including infrastructure, enterprise architecture, application development, data platforms, artificial intelligence enablement, and information security. He will report to Rob C. Holmes, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer, and serve on the firm's Operating Council.
Jamous joins from U.S. Bank, where he most recently served as Chief Information Officer for Consumer, Business Banking and AI/ML Technologies. In that role, he led technology strategy and delivery for consumer and business banking platforms, digital channels, data platforms, and enterprise AI initiatives.
Prior to U.S. Bank, Jamous served as Head of Global Digital Technologies at BBVA, where he oversaw technology teams responsible for mobile and digital banking operations across international markets.
"Mo has proven experience in modernizing technology organizations and delivering client-focused solutions across complex, highly regulated institutions," Holmes said in the statement.
