The Trade Desk names ad industry veteran Penry Price to its board

The Trade Desk (Nasdaq: TTD) has appointed Penry Price to its board of directors, according to a company statement.
Price has more than two decades of experience in the advertising industry. He previously served as Vice President of Marketing Solutions at LinkedIn and as President at Dstillery. Earlier in his career, he held the role of Vice President of Agency Sales and Partners at Google, where he was involved in the DoubleClick acquisition.
Price is currently co-founder of 37Arc, a workflow intelligence company focused on artificial intelligence in marketing. He also serves as founder and managing partner of Charcoal Advisors. Since 2011, he has been a board member at Church & Dwight, where he chairs the Compensation and Human Capital Committee and sits on its Executive and Audit Committees.
"Penry has dedicated his career to serving marketers. Through every major shift this industry has faced, he has delivered for them at scale across some of the world's largest ad platforms," said Jeff Green, CEO and co-founder of The Trade Desk.

Price holds a B.A. in History from Hobart College.
