Voya Financial, Inc. (NYSE: VOYA) has announced an application programming interface (API) integration with SinglepointAI, connecting the two platforms to streamline retirement plan onboarding for third-party administrators (TPAs).
The integration allows TPAs using SinglepointAI to transfer plan provision data digitally into Voya's onboarding system. According to the company, the connection is designed to reduce manual processes and improve data accuracy during onboarding.
"TPAs using SinglepointAI will be able to leverage the API connection to digitally transfer plan provision data directly into Voya's onboarding system, enabling a fast, connected and data-driven experience," said Amy Vaillancourt, president of Retirement at Voya Financial.
Voya described the move as part of a broader effort to expand API integrations across its platforms. Santhosh Keshavan, chief technology and operations officer at Voya Financial, said the company takes an "enterprise-wide approach to technology — embedding AI, data and automation into our platforms to drive smarter decision-making and operational efficiency."
Tom Loch, CEO and co-founder of SinglepointAI, said the integration enables data to move "efficiently, accurately and securely between systems." SinglepointAI is not affiliated with the Voya family of companies.
