Collective Mining receives new titles to expand Guayabales project

July 13, 2026 6:30 AM EDT

Collective Mining Ltd. (NYSE: CNL) announced that Colombia's National Mining Agency (ANM) granted the company additional mining titles on July 10, 2026, following a public hearing held May 21, 2026, in the municipality of Supia in the Caldas Department.

The newly granted titles follow a separate set of mining titles the ANM awarded to Collective on April 10, 2026, after a public hearing in the municipality of Marmato on February 17, 2026. Both title grants were completed during the second quarter of 2026.

According to the company, the expanded titled land position increases mineral holding continuity across the Guayabales Project and provides additional drill-ready targets. Executive Chairman Ari Sussman stated: "With the completion of the titling processes in both municipalities, we have meaningfully consolidated our mineral title holdings and further improved continuity across the Guayabales Project."

Sussman added that the company plans to commence drilling on at least one of the new targets in 2026.

Collective reported $113.3 million in cash as of March 31, 2026, which it says is sufficient to fund its planned 2026 drilling program of up to 100,000 meters. The company currently operates 13 diamond drill rigs across the Guayabales Project.

To date, Collective has completed 184,000 meters of diamond drilling across its Guayabales and San Antonio projects, including 120,000 meters at the Apollo system, which anchors the Guayabales Project.
