SharkNinja board grants chairman a trading blackout waiver

SharkNinja, Inc. (NYSE: SN) disclosed that its board of directors approved a one-time limited waiver to Chairman CJ Xuning Wang on July 10, 2026, allowing him to sell company shares during a quarterly blackout period otherwise restricted under the company's Insider Trading Policy and Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.
In connection with the waiver, Wang sold a portion of his holdings to an existing institutional investor in a transaction exempt from registration requirements. The board stated it reviewed the facts and circumstances before concluding the waiver was appropriate in this limited case.
