Enerflex director Fernando Assing to resign from board July 17

Enerflex Ltd. (NYSE: EFXT) announced that board director Fernando Assing will resign effective July 17, 2026, to focus on other professional commitments, including his role as Chief Executive Officer of Camin Cargo Control.

Assing joined the Enerflex board in August 2020 and served on the Human Resources and Compensation Committee throughout his tenure. The board has begun a search for a replacement director.

"It has been a privilege to serve as a director of Enerflex over the past six years," Assing said in a statement.

Board Chair Kevin Reinhart thanked Assing for his contributions since 2020.
