Park Aerospace names John Jamieson as senior VP and general manager

Park Aerospace Corp. (NYSE: PKE) has elected John Jamieson to the newly created position of Senior Vice President and General Manager, according to a company statement. Jamieson will continue to report to Mark Esquivel, the company's President and Chief Operating Officer.

Jamieson had served as Senior Vice President of Project Management at Park Aerospace since July 2024. Before rejoining the company, he held the role of Chief Operating Officer at Active Dynamics Group from 2018 to 2022. His earlier career included serving as Vice President of Supply Chain at Park Aerospace from 2014 to 2018, General Manager of Active Metals Company from 2012 to 2013, and Vice President of Global Manufacturing and Engineering at Sanmina Corporation from 2003 to 2012. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from James Watt College in the United Kingdom.

Chairman and CEO Brian Shore said, "John's mission at Park, which he is very well suited and qualified for, is to make Park better every day on our way to achieving the Greatness we strive for at Park."

Park Aerospace develops and manufactures advanced composite materials for the global aerospace industry, including film adhesives and lightning strike protection materials. The company is based in Newton, Kansas.
