Genpact (NYSE: G) announced a partnership with Nestlé Business Solutions (NBS), the shared services network of Nestlé Group, to establish a new Global Capability Center (GCC) in Hyderabad, India, according to a press release issued July 9, 2026.
The center, referred to as NBS Hyderabad, is intended to support process transformation across Nestlé's global business network using artificial intelligence, agentic AI, and automation technologies. Genpact will contribute domain expertise, process intelligence, and advanced technology capabilities to the operation.
"By combining Nestlé's global scale with Genpact's process intelligence and expertise in data, AI and automation, NBS Hyderabad will be a center designed to drive consistency, agility, and measurable business impact," said Tarun Chopra, Global Consumer Business Leader at Genpact.
Luca Fichera, Head of Nestlé Business Solutions, said the center reflects confidence in India's talent pool and is part of a broader effort to build a more scalable services network. "With Hyderabad's strong ecosystem and Genpact's proven expertise, we are well placed to deliver greater value, consistency and innovation," he said.
The GCC is described as an innovation center aimed at improving digital adoption, operational visibility, and process consistency across Nestlé's global operations.
