VSee Health, Inc. (NASDAQ: VSEE) issued a shareholder letter from Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Dr. Imoigele Aisiku, outlining the company's strategic focus on its iDoc TeleHealth Solutions business and a target of achieving profitability within 12 months.
According to the letter, VSee Health has expanded its iDoc hospital client base from 3 hospitals three years ago to 58 currently. The company also recently divested its laboratory operations, which management said allowed it to concentrate resources on the iDoc platform.
Management stated it anticipates the iDoc TeleHealth business can achieve profitability over the next 12 months, based on current operating plans and internal expectations. The letter did not provide specific revenue figures or financial metrics to support the outlook.
Aisiku also stated that management believes the company's current market valuation does not fully reflect the progress made through its business transformation, citing operational focus, customer growth, margin profile, and strategic positioning as factors.
The shareholder update was issued as a press release and represents forward-looking statements subject to risks and uncertainties, as noted by the company in its filing disclosures.
