Uklon, a ride-sharing service owned by Kyivstar Group Ltd. (NASDAQ: KYIV; KYIVW), has launched Uklon Travel Bus, an international bus service with inaugural routes connecting Kyiv to Warsaw and Odesa to Chisinau. The first departure is scheduled for July 20, 2026.
The service follows the March 2026 introduction of Uklon Travel, a ticket marketplace for third-party carriers. Uklon Travel Bus adds routes organized directly by the company alongside continued partnerships with established carriers. Tickets are available through the Uklon app and website.
Under the service model, partner carriers handle physical transportation while Uklon manages ticket sales, quality standards, and passenger support. Features include Starlink internet connectivity, seat selection, direct airport routes to Warsaw Chopin and Chisinau airports, and return trip options.
Kyivstar CEO Oleksandr Komarov said the launch "demonstrates our commitment to growing Uklon beyond its origins as a ride-sharing platform into a comprehensive mobility solution." Uklon CEO Serhii Hryshkov said the Travel service's growth "validates the market opportunity."
Uklon, founded in Kyiv in 2010, operates in 27 cities across Ukraine and in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. It was acquired by JSC Kyivstar in April 2025. Kyivstar Group is part of VEON Group (NASDAQ: VEON).
