VinFast launches certified pre-owned EV program in nine U.S. states

VinFast (Nasdaq: VFS) has launched a Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) program in the United States, making used versions of its VF 8 and VF 9 electric SUVs available through authorized dealerships in nine states: Alabama, California, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Maryland, and Texas.

Each vehicle in the program undergoes a 105-point inspection performed by factory-trained technicians, covering mechanical components, electrical systems, Advanced Driver Assistance Systems, and interior and exterior condition. Battery packs are evaluated separately against performance standards. Every certified vehicle comes with a CARFAX vehicle history report and digital inspection documentation.

Buyers receive the remaining balance of VinFast's 10-year/125,000-mile new vehicle limited warranty, along with a 10-year/unlimited-mileage battery warranty. Both warranties are transferable to subsequent owners.

CPO owners also receive access to 24/7 roadside assistance, towing services, and compatibility with the VinFast companion app, which connects to more than 250,000 public charging stations across North America.
