FGX International signs eyewear licensing deal with True Religion
FGX International, an EssilorLuxottica company, has entered into a licensing agreement with True Religion to design, manufacture, and distribute a collection of men's and women's sunglasses and eyewear accessories.
The collection is currently available in True Religion stores, on TrueReligion.com, and on Amazon.com. Distribution is expected to expand to additional retail locations across North America, select Latin American countries, and European markets during 2026.
"True Religion is an iconic brand with deep cultural relevance, making it a natural partner for us," said Denna Singleton, SVP of Global Marketing and Portfolio Transformation at FGX International.
Kristen D'Arcy, Chief Marketing Officer of True Religion, said the company intends to leverage EssilorLuxottica's global retail network through the partnership to expand the brand's presence in the eyewear category.
True Religion was founded in 2002 and sells denim, sportswear, and accessories for men, women, and children. FGX International markets nonprescription reading glasses, optical frames, and sunglasses under a portfolio of brands and licenses.
