FirstService Residential promotes Mark Hamiter to VP in western NC

FirstService Residential has promoted Mark Hamiter to Vice President, Western North Carolina, according to a company statement. In the role, Hamiter will oversee strategy, operations, and team development across the company's portfolio of condominium and homeowners association communities in Western North Carolina and the Greenville/Spartanburg area of South Carolina.

Hamiter joined FirstService Residential in 2018. He will continue reporting to Brian Pinkham, Senior Vice President.

"I am honored to step into this role and excited about the opportunities ahead," Hamiter said. "No one succeeds alone, and I firmly believe our greatest achievements come from working together as a team."

Michael Mendillo, President of the East Region at FirstService Residential, attributed the promotion to Hamiter's operational background and client relationship work during his tenure with the company.

FirstService Residential is a subsidiary of FirstService Corporation (NASDAQ and TSX: FSV).
