JP 3E Holdings and iYap Global sign Korea digital commerce deal
JP 3E Holdings, Inc. (OTC: JPTE) and iYap Global announced the execution of a Master License and Strategic Partnership Framework Agreement on July 8, 2026, aimed at deploying iYap's AI-powered digital commerce platform across South Korea.
Under the agreement, JP 3E will lead deployment, merchant onboarding, regulatory coordination, and commercial expansion of the iYap ecosystem in Korea. iYap Global will provide the underlying AI-powered platform, digital payment technologies, and ongoing technical support.
The partnership targets the phased deployment of up to 50,000 AI-powered digital payment nodes nationwide. The companies said they plan to establish a Joint Governance Committee to oversee implementation and strategic development.
The platform includes components described as AI-powered payment nodes, a social commerce platform called Yapit, merchant intelligence tools, digital identity technologies, and enterprise commerce applications.
The companies stated the initiative is expected to support billions of dollars in annual digital commerce transaction value and create thousands of employment opportunities, though they noted actual results may differ materially from current expectations.
John K. Park, Chairman and CEO of JP 3E Holdings, said: "By combining iYap's AI-powered technologies with JP 3E's execution capabilities and local market expertise, we are creating a scalable platform that empowers merchants, supports innovation, and contributes to Korea's continued leadership in the global digital economy."
Alvin Merrifield, CEO of iYap Global, said: "JP 3E brings the local leadership, operational capabilities, and strategic relationships needed to successfully deploy our AI-powered digital commerce platform in Korea."
The parties said they expect to enter into definitive commercial agreements in phases as the partnership advances through deployment milestones. This announcement is based on a press release issued by JP 3E Holdings.
