Inno Holdings faces Nasdaq halt and Texas court restraining order
Inno Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: INHD) disclosed that Nasdaq imposed a trading halt under Code T12 on the company's common stock on June 8, 2026.
Since June 9, 2026, the company has been responding to requests for information from Nasdaq regarding matters related to the trading halt, according to a filing on Form 8-K.
On June 25, 2026, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas entered a temporary restraining order against the company following a complaint and motion filed by an unnamed plaintiff. The company stated it considers the allegations without merit and is defending itself.
