Nasdaq (NASDAQ: NDAQ) has notified Platinum Analytics Cayman Limited (NASDAQ: PTLS) that its securities will be delisted from the Nasdaq Stock Market on July 16, 2026, unless the company appeals to a Listing Qualifications Hearings Panel, according to a press release from Nasdaq.
Trading in Platinum Analytics ordinary shares has been halted since October 18, 2025, following a temporary trading suspension imposed by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. The securities will remain halted and unavailable to trade until any appeal is resolved.
Nasdaq stated it determined it was appropriate to use its authority under rule IM-5101-4 to proceed with the delisting. Following removal from Nasdaq, the securities may be eligible for trading on the over-the-counter market.
