FuelCell Energy said to offer shares at $21-$22

Investing.com -- FuelCell Energy Inc. plans to sell shares between $21 and $22 each through an overnight stock offering, Bloomberg reported Tuesday.

The clean energy technology company is marketing the offering at up to a 19% discount compared to Tuesday's closing price of $25.96.

The offering received full subscription after an earlier confidential marketing effort, according to the report.

FuelCell Energy shares fell 17% to approximately $21.6 in after-hours trading at 4:38 p.m. in New York on Tuesday.
