Intapp updates registration rights agreement with investors

Intapp, Inc. (NASDAQ: INTA) entered into a Third Amended and Restated Registration Rights Agreement on July 1, 2026, according to a company statement.

The agreement, made with Anderson Investments Pte. Ltd., Aranda Investments Pte. Ltd., and John Hall, amends the existing Second Amended and Restated Registration Rights Agreement originally dated July 2, 2021.

Key changes include extending the term of the prior agreement until the investors collectively hold less than 5% of Intapp's outstanding common stock, and adding Aranda, an affiliate of Anderson, as a party to the agreement. The company described additional amendments as immaterial. All other material terms remain substantially the same as the prior agreement.
