Yext names Cynthia Paul to its board of directors

Yext, Inc. (NYSE: YEXT) has appointed Cynthia Paul as an independent director on its Board of Directors, the company announced in a press release.

Paul is the Chief Investment Officer and Chief Executive Officer of Lynrock Lake LP, an investment management firm she founded in January 2018. She brings more than 24 years of experience as a portfolio manager focused on publicly traded enterprise software companies.

Before founding Lynrock Lake, Paul joined Soros Fund Management LLC in 2000, where she managed a portfolio across corporate credit, convertible, and equity securities from 2002 to 2017. She has also served on the boards of numerous public and private companies since 2013, including roles on multiple board committees.
