Wave Life Sciences schedules Singapore court hearing for US redomiciliation

Wave Life Sciences Ltd. (NASDAQ: WVE) has scheduled a Singapore High Court hearing for July 14, 2026, to seek approval of a scheme of arrangement that would redomicile the company from Singapore to the United States as a Delaware corporation.
According to a press release, Wave filed its application with the High Court of the Republic of Singapore on July 1, 2026, under case HC/SUM 2058/2026 in HC/OA 434/2026. The hearing is set for 2:30 p.m. Singapore Time at Chamber 2A of the Supreme Court of Singapore.
The court directed that any affidavits in response to the application be submitted by 4:00 p.m. Singapore Time on July 8, 2026, and that written submissions and bundles of authorities be filed by 4:00 p.m. Singapore Time on July 10, 2026.
Wave previously obtained the required shareholder approval for the redomiciliation. Singapore court approval remains an outstanding condition before the transaction can be completed.
