Jack in the Box Inc. (NASDAQ: JACK) announced that Carl Mount will step down from his role as Senior Vice President and Chief Supply Chain Officer effective July 2, 2026, by mutual agreement.
Mount will transition into an advisory role through October 1, 2026, after which his tenure with the company will conclude. He will no longer serve as an executive officer as of July 2, 2026.
Subject to his execution and non-revocation of a customary release of claims, Mount will be eligible to receive severance benefits under the Jack in the Box Severance Plan for Executive Officers.
The company stated there were no disagreements between Mount and the company on any matter relating to its operations, policies, or practices.
