Concentrix Corporation (NASDAQ: CNXC) released its 2026 Sustainability Report, citing a 25.7% reduction in absolute emissions against a 2019 baseline. The company said it is targeting a 46.2% reduction by 2030.
According to the report, Concentrix received an EcoVadis Gold Medal, placing it in the top 5% of companies assessed globally, an 'A' score for climate disclosure from CDP, and validation of its net-zero targets from the Science Based Targets initiative against a 1.5°C pathway.
The report also states that the company achieved ISO/IEC 42001:2023 certification for AI governance across its services, logged more than 7 million learning hours and 16 million course completions, and planted 1.37 million trees since 2021 through a partnership with Plant-for-the-Planet.
Concentrix reported that 2.8 million kilograms of emissions were potentially avoided through its Carbon Challenge portal, which has been expanded to include schools and is now supported by an AI assistant. The company also contributed $6.26 million and 396,000 volunteer hours to communities.
"By operationalizing ESG and embedding it into how we run, not bolting it on as an afterthought, we cut costs, sharpen risk management, and meet the standards clients increasingly demand," said Philip Cassidy, Executive Vice President, Strategic Projects and Corporate Strategy at Concentrix.
