Snail, Inc. (Nasdaq: SNAL) announced the launch of three new titles for its ARK: Survival Ascended franchise: ARK: Genesis Part 1 Ascended, ARK Tides of Fortune, and ARK: Dragontopia. The company said it expects to recognize approximately $11 million from its deferred revenue backlog in Q3 2026 in connection with the release of ARK: Genesis Part 1 Ascended.
ARK: Genesis Part 1 Ascended is available at no additional cost to existing ARK: Survival Ascended owners. The title runs on Unreal Engine 5 and adds new environments, creatures, and gameplay content, including an ocean biome.
ARK Tides of Fortune is a new premium expansion set within the oceanic world of Genesis, allowing players to build fleets, engage in naval combat, and explore underwater environments.
ARK: Dragontopia, described as an all-new premium expansion pass, introduces an aerial ecosystem centered on dragons. Owners are scheduled to receive content updates on July 9 and in October, with a skyworld map planned for release in December.
The $11 million revenue recognition figure is a forward-looking statement based on management's current expectations and is subject to risks and uncertainties outlined in the company's filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
