CACI receives $140.5M contract increase for U.S. Army forensic work

CACI International Inc (NYSE: CACI) has received a ceiling increase of more than $140.5 million on an existing contract to continue providing forensic exploitation support to the U.S. Army Development Command C5ISR Center, bringing the total contract value to more than $560 million.
The increase covers the remaining three years of a five-year contract under which CACI provides forensic analysis, threat replication, and training solutions. The company's team analyzes sensitive materials and converts findings into mission-ready tools and training resources for warfighters involved in domestic and international operations.
"CACI's proven forensic exploitation capabilities transform complex data into actionable intelligence, giving soldiers deeper threat awareness and practical solutions that keep pace with evolving adversary technologies and tactics," said John Mengucci, CACI president and chief executive officer.
CACI, based in Reston, Va., employs approximately 27,000 people and is a member of the Fortune 500, the Russell 1000 Index, and the S&P MidCap 400 Index.
