Blink Charging Co. (NASDAQ: BLNK) has formally requested a second 180-day extension from the Nasdaq Stock Market to regain compliance with the exchange's minimum bid price requirement under Listing Rule 5550(a)(2), according to a press release.
The company, based in Bowie, Maryland, said it believes it is eligible for the additional period, which would extend the deadline to January 25, 2027, to meet Nasdaq's $1 minimum bid price requirement for 10 consecutive trading days. The company said it expects to receive official notification of the extension decision by July 27, 2026.
Blink Charging noted that eligibility for the extension is contingent on the company continuing to meet continued listing requirements for market value of publicly held shares and all other initial listing standards for the Nasdaq Capital Market, except for the minimum bid price requirement.
The company cautioned that there is no assurance Nasdaq will grant the requested extension or that it will regain compliance within the applicable period.
