Organon (NYSE: OGN) plans to present a pooled post hoc analysis of Phase 3 clinical trial data for its tapinarof cream, 1% (VTAMA) at the Society for Pediatric Dermatology Annual Meeting, scheduled for July 22–25, 2026, in Minneapolis, Minnesota, according to a press release from the company.

The presentation, titled "Tapinarof 1% Cream in Atopic Dermatitis: Consistent Efficacy Across Age Groups From Pooled ADORING Trials," is scheduled for July 23, 2026, from 9:50 to 10:20 AM Central Time. It will cover efficacy and safety data drawn from the ADORING 1 and ADORING 2 pivotal Phase 3 trials across pediatric and adult age subgroups of patients with moderate to severe atopic dermatitis (AD).

ADORING 1 and ADORING 2 were two 8-week pivotal trials conducted as part of the Phase 3 AD clinical development program for VTAMA cream. A third trial, ADORING 3, was a 48-week open-label long-term extension study.

VTAMA cream is indicated for the topical treatment of plaque psoriasis in adults and for atopic dermatitis in adults and pediatric patients aged 2 years and older. The American Academy of Dermatology has issued recommendations for its use in both adult and pediatric AD patients aged 2 and older.

Common adverse reactions reported in atopic dermatitis trials included upper respiratory tract infection, folliculitis, lower respiratory tract infection, headache, asthma, vomiting, ear infection, pain in extremity, and abdominal pain.
