RBC Capital analyst Ashish Sabadra lowered the price target on S&P Global (NYSE: SPGI) to $510.00 (from $560.00) while maintaining an Outperform rating.
The analyst commented: "Updating Estimates for Mobility Spin; We are updating our model to reflect the company's proforma and recast financial results, along with revised segment data for the mobility spin-off and resegmentation. Overall, the pro-forma results align with our pro-forma estimates from June 1, 2026. See note for details. We are lowering our EPS estimates and our target price from $560 to $510, 25x CY27E EPS to account for the Mobility spin-off."
