Heidmar Maritime Holdings Corp. (NASDAQ: HMR) has completed the acquisition of Q-Shipping B.V., a ship management and crewing business based in the Netherlands, for total consideration of approximately $0.2 million funded from cash on hand.
The transaction, which closed effective July 1, 2026, adds nine vessels to Heidmar's managed fleet and establishes an operating presence in the Netherlands and Turkey, along with a crewing operation in Ukraine. No regulatory approvals or post-closing conditions remain outstanding.
Following the acquisition, Heidmar manages approximately 50 vessels under commercial management and 16 vessels under technical management.
The company said the transaction is expected to be immediately accretive to its management fee revenue.
"This acquisition is a clear example of how we intend to grow Heidmar — adding vessels and expanding into new markets with minimal capital and immediate operational upside," said Pankaj Khanna, Chief Executive Officer of Heidmar. "It is a small investment with strategic value, and it reflects the disciplined, capital-efficient way we plan to build the Company."
Heidmar is headquartered in Athens and operates in the crude and product tanker market, with offices in London, Singapore, Chennai, and Hong Kong.
