NielsenIQ (NYSE: NIQ) announced a collaboration with Lula Commerce, an ecommerce platform for retailers, to provide convenience retailers with a combined product content and digital commerce solution, according to a company press release.

The partnership pairs NIQ's Product Intelligence offering, built on its Brandbank platform, with Lula Commerce's AI-powered system that connects retailers to third-party delivery service providers and supports first-party ordering through retailers' own apps and websites.

Under the arrangement, Lula Commerce handles ecommerce launch and operations, including location analysis, delivery service provider communication, and digital menu management. NIQ contributes product content, structured data attributes, and contextual intelligence intended to make product listings consistent across commerce platforms and AI-driven search environments.

Gregory Hunter, Vice President of US Retail - Digital Shelf Content at NIQ, said in the release: "Through NIQ Product Intelligence, built on Brandbank, we're helping retailers move beyond managing product content to creating a connected intelligence layer that powers how products are discovered, interpreted, and selected across commerce ecosystems."

Adit Gupta, Co-Founder and CEO of Lula Commerce, said: "Retailers shouldn't have to choose between speed and accuracy. By working with NIQ and its Product Intelligence capabilities, we're helping retailers launch ecommerce faster while meeting shoppers' expectations for complete, reliable product information."

Lula Commerce currently serves more than 165 regional brands across 44 U.S. states. NIQ operates in more than 90 countries and covers approximately 82% of the world's population.
