S&P Global chief legal officer to retire at end of 2026

S&P Global (NYSE: SPGI) announced that Steven Kemps, Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer, has notified the company of his decision to retire effective December 31, 2026.
Kemps informed the company of his retirement plans on July 1, 2026. S&P Global has initiated a search for his successor.
Kemps is expected to remain in his current role until his retirement date. If a successor is named before December 31, 2026, he will transition to the role of Special Advisor to the company's Chief Executive Officer through the same date.
