Item 8.01 Other Information

On July 6, 2026, Claritev Corporation (“Claritev”) was notified of the death of Mr. John Prince. Mr. Prince served as a respected member of the Claritev Board of Directors since June 2023 and served on the Audit Committee at the time of his death. He will be greatly missed.
