BofA Securities analyst Michael Ryskin raised the price target on Guardant Health (NASDAQ: GH) to $190.00 (from $135.00) while maintaining a Buy rating.
The analyst comments "Post recent FDA / ACS wins, as well as last Wednesday’s UnitedHealth (UHC) coverage decision on Shield CRC, we’ve revisited Guardant Health (GH)’s upcoming catalysts and updated our thoughts ahead of 2Q earnings. We expect recent wins to unlock incremental volumes across Oncology and Screening franchise and drive meaningful ASP benefits in 2H’26 / 2027, and believe there’s high likelihood of a FY26 guide increase on the 2Q call. While much of the upside is already reflected in the ~100% increase in share price since early May, we believe GH’s strong catalyst pipeline over the next 12 months can support continued outperformance and premium multiple. We continue to view GH as best positioned within our Specialty Dx coverage and reiterate our Buy rating. We’re raising our price target to $190 from $135 prior, based on ~15x 2027e EV/Sales (was 11x prior; justified by revenue growth upside). While shares now trade at 13.5x EV/Sales (their highest level in more than four years), we continue to see upside as the company executes against its growth opportunity, with future returns increasingly driven by fundamentals rather than further valuation re-rating."
