American Lithium Corp. (TSX-V: LI | OTCQX: AMLIF | Frankfurt: 5LA1) has appointed Amandip Singh as an independent member of its board of directors, effective July 1, 2026, according to a company statement.

Singh has over 15 years of experience in mining, spanning exploration, project evaluation, corporate development, and investment analysis. He has held senior roles at Outcrop Silver, Apollo Silver, and Magna Gold, and previously worked as a sell-side mining analyst at a boutique investment bank. He was involved in Newmont's $311 million acquisition of GT Gold and participated in the strategic repositioning of West Red Lake Gold Mines, including the acquisition of the Madsen Mine. He holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto.

In connection with the appointment, American Lithium granted Singh 300,000 incentive stock options under its Omnibus Incentive Plan. The options carry a five-year term, are exercisable at C$0.455 per common share, and vest over 12 months — one-third on the grant date, one-third after six months, and the remainder after 12 months.

CEO Alex Tsakumis said in the statement: "His appointment strengthens the independence and composition of the Board, and his geological expertise and capital markets experience make him an exceptional addition as we continue to advance our assets and create value for shareholders."
