Haverty Furniture Companies (NYSE: HVT) entered into a sixth amendment to its credit agreement on June 29, 2026, according to an SEC filing.
The amendment increases the company's revolving loan commitments to $100 million from $80 million and extends the maturity date of the revolving credit facility to June 29, 2031. The swingline sublimit was also raised to $10 million from $5 million.
The revolving credit facility is a senior secured asset-based arrangement, secured by inventory, accounts receivable, cash, and certain other personal property of Haverty Furniture and its wholly owned subsidiary, Havertys Credit Services. Availability under the facility is subject to a borrowing base calculation and is reduced by outstanding letters of credit.
Truist Bank serves as issuing bank and administrative agent under the amended credit agreement.
