Jabil Inc. (NYSE: JBL) has filed a mixed shelf offering with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, according to an SEC filing. The size of the offering has not been disclosed.
The filing indicates Jabil may offer and sell, from time to time, one or more of the following securities: debt securities, preferred stock, common stock, warrants, depositary shares, or units comprising two or more of these securities.
The company stated that the amounts, prices, and terms of any securities sold will be determined at the time of each applicable offering. Jabil noted that securities may be offered directly, through designated agents, or through underwriters or dealers.
Jabil's common stock trades on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol JBL. The company has not yet determined whether any other securities covered by the filing will be listed on an exchange, inter-dealer quotation system, or over-the-counter market.
