TD Cowen analyst Robert Moskow raised the price target on General Mills (NYSE: GIS) to $32.00 (from $31.00) while maintaining a Hold rating.
The analyst commented: "Profit Beat In 4Q But Structural Concerns Likely To Linger; General Mills stock jumped higher after a 4Q EPS beat and in-line guidance for FY27. We attribute the out-sized reaction to short covering and an over-abundance of pessimism from the buy-side (and us) ahead of the print rather than investors fundamentally turning positive. We remain cautious given lack of visibility to org sales returning to positive territory, particularly volume. We raise our PT to $32 (from $31), reflecting a 10.6x EV/EBITDA on our 12-month forward EBITDA forecast. This is a 19% premium to the Big Food avg compared to the stock's 26% avg premium over the last 5 years."
