Redwire expands revolving credit facility to $50M, cuts term loans

Redwire Corporation (NYSE: RDW) amended its credit agreement on June 30, 2026, increasing its revolving credit facility and reducing its outstanding term loans.
The amendment, made through its subsidiary Redwire Defense Tech Intermediate Holdings, LLC, raised the revolving credit facility commitments from $30 million to $50 million. JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. serves as administrative agent and collateral agent under the agreement.
Alongside the amendment, the company made a $40 million prepayment on its term loans, reducing the aggregate term loan balance to $50 million. The changes apply to the Amended and Restated Credit Agreement originally dated February 20, 2026.
