Columbus McKinnon names John Linker as CFO, reaffirms FY2027 guidance

Columbus McKinnon Corporation (Nasdaq: CMCO) appointed John R. Linker as Executive Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer, effective July 1, 2026, according to a company press release.
Linker succeeds Gregory P. Rustowicz, who had served with the company for 15 years. Linker will report directly to President and Chief Executive Officer David J. Wilson.
Linker most recently served as CFO of Husky Technologies Limited. Before that, he was CFO and COO of Serta Simmons Bedding LLC, where he oversaw finance, operations, supply chain, sourcing and information technology functions. He previously held several leadership roles at JELD-WEN Holding, Inc., including CFO, during which the company completed an initial public offering in 2017.
Wilson said in the statement: "His more than two decades of value-creation focused leadership within global industrial manufacturing businesses will help accelerate our next phase of growth and transformation."
Linker commented: "I am optimistic about the future and look forward to partnering with David and the leadership team to execute on the Company's strategy and drive results."
The company also reaffirmed its fiscal year 2027 guidance, which was previously announced in its fourth quarter and fiscal year 2026 earnings release on June 4, 2026.
