NiCE (Nasdaq: NICE) has launched an AI Specialization Program within its existing NiCE 360 Partner Program, naming five companies as inaugural participants: Accenture, Cirrus, Deloitte, Route 101, and TTEC.
The program uses a criteria-based framework built around three pillars — People, Practice, and Performance — to evaluate and recognize partners. Requirements include certified AI engineering staff at the practitioner level or above, live deployments across at least three distinct use-case categories, and independently verified business outcomes such as AI-attributed annual contract value, customer satisfaction scores, and net retention rates.
Dorothy Copeland, Chief Partner Officer at NiCE, said in a statement that enterprises need partners with "deep AI skills and experience" and that the program "recognizes the partners who have proven they can turn NiCE AI into measurable business outcomes."
The AI Specialization Program is described as the first in a planned series of specializations under the NiCE 360 Partner Program. NiCE said it plans to introduce additional product and vertical-market specializations through 2026 and 2027.
NiCE also outlined its NiCE Certified AI Engineer program, an individual certification pathway with three levels — Associate, Practitioner, and Expert — that validates expertise in deploying AI solutions on the NiCE platform.
