ArrowMark Financial Corp. (Nasdaq: BANX) announced the appointment of Katie Jones as Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately, according to a press release from the Denver-based closed-end fund.
Jones replaces Pat Farrell, who retired from the fund. Dana Staggs, who served as President, will depart the fund, with both transitions effective August 2, 2026.
Jones has been a member of the ArrowMark Financial team since ArrowMark Partners assumed management of the fund in 2019. Staggs's responsibilities will be distributed among multiple members of the investment team.
Chairman and CEO Sanjai Bhonsle commented on the changes: "Katie has been an invaluable member of our team since ArrowMark took over management of the Fund in 2019, and we are confident that her deep operational expertise and dedication make her exceptionally well-suited to serve as our Chief Financial Officer."
ArrowMark Financial is a non-diversified, SEC-registered closed-end fund listed on the Nasdaq Global Select Market. The fund invests primarily in regulatory capital securities of financial institutions and is managed by ArrowMark Asset Management, LLC.
