ScanSource, Inc. (NASDAQ: SCSC) announced an expansion of its existing partnership with HPE to include HPE Juniper Networking, according to a press release from the Greenville, South Carolina-based technology distributor.
The expanded agreement adds HPE Juniper Networking products to ScanSource's distribution portfolio, which already includes HPE Aruba Networking solutions. ScanSource states it became HPE Aruba Networking's first U.S. distributor 19 years ago.
Through the partnership, ScanSource will distribute HPE Juniper Networking's cloud platform, which the company describes as AI-enabled and designed to automate, monitor and optimize IT networks across wireless, wired and SD-WAN environments.
ScanSource plans to use its ScanSource Launch Point program to bring HPE Juniper Networking to new customers. The program is described as offering channel programs, marketing strategies, sales support and market-building capabilities to help HPE reach value-added resellers, advisors, managed service providers and independent software vendors.
"This next phase builds on that strong foundation. Adding HPE Juniper Networking's solutions to our line card further expands the reach of our networking practice and strengthens our networking and security infrastructure," said Mark Morgan, President of Specialty Technologies at ScanSource.
