DLH Holdings Corp. (NASDAQ: DLHC) announced a leadership transition effective June 30, 2026, with Zach Parker retiring as Chief Executive Officer and President after 16 years in the role.

The company's board appointed Kathryn JohnBull as the new CEO and President. JohnBull joined DLH in 2012 as Chief Financial Officer and has been involved in the company's growth strategy, acquisitions, capital markets activities, and investor relations over her 14 years with the firm.

Steve Oroho has been named CFO and Treasurer, stepping up from his previous role as Senior Vice President of Finance and Accounting, a position he has held since joining DLH in 2018. In his new role, Oroho will oversee accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, tax, and investor relations.

Parker will remain with the company as an advisor to the board and incoming CEO through the end of the current fiscal year. Beginning in fiscal 2027, he will serve as a consultant supporting certain strategic growth initiatives and will continue as a board member.

"After 16 years as CEO, I believe this planned transition represents the right next step for the Company and for me personally," Parker said in a statement. "Kathryn has been a close partner, and I have great confidence in her ability to lead the Company through its next chapter."

Board Chairman Rick Wasserman noted that Parker joined when the company had $35 million in revenue. "He built a team, and together, they built that organization into the DLH of today," Wasserman said.

JohnBull said the company's focus will be on "executing with discipline and excellence, delivering exceptional value for our customers, and investing in and empowering our employees."
