ICF wins $14M Caltrans contract for environmental review services

ICF (NASDAQ: ICFI) has been awarded a contract by the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) to provide on-call environmental policy and implementation services supporting the state's transportation infrastructure project delivery program.
The recompete contract, awarded in the first quarter of 2026, carries a ceiling value of $14 million over a three-year term.
Under the agreement, ICF will support Caltrans in streamlining the environmental review process by strengthening cross-agency coordination and aligning reviews with compliance and permitting requirements.
Kyle Wiggins, ICF senior vice president for energy, environment and infrastructure, said: "Efficiency and confidence in completing the environmental review process is critical to delivering transportation projects that improve safety, mobility and quality of life for California communities."
ICF, headquartered in Reston, Va., describes a 20-year working relationship with Caltrans Headquarters. The company is based on a press release issued June 30, 2026.
