Netgear (NASDAQ: NTGR) has launched Insight 10.0, an updated version of its cloud-based network management platform targeting small and medium-sized enterprises and managed service providers, according to a company statement.
The platform includes AI-assisted workflows, proactive network recommendations, and automated configuration capabilities. Netgear describes the release as the foundation of a broader AIOps strategy, with the stated goal of shifting network administration from reactive troubleshooting to predictive operations.
Insight 10.0 is built on a cloud-native architecture and offers centralized management across distributed environments. Key features include unified visibility of device health and network performance, simplified subscription management, and flexible access controls designed to support multi-site deployments.
"As AI transforms every business, networks must become more adaptive, more automated, and easier to operate," said Pramod Badjate, President and GM of Netgear Enterprise. "Insight 10.0 is the foundation for our vision of AIOps and AI-defined networking for the millions of small and medium-sized organizations that have historically been underserved by enterprise networking solutions."
Kenny Red, CTO at CTI, a managed service provider that participated in the beta program, said the release improved onboarding speed and reduced time spent on post-deployment troubleshooting and manual network configuration.
Netgear, headquartered in San Jose, California, was founded in 1996 and sells networking hardware and software to businesses, homes, and service providers.
