RUM Group Inc. (NASDAQ: RUM), the parent company of video platform Rumble and cloud and AI infrastructure unit Quake AI, filed updated investor materials on June 30, 2026, disclosing operational and financial developments across its two business units.
According to the filing, GPU utilization at Quake AI climbed from under 5% in mid-2025 to approximately 85% in the first quarter of 2026, a rise of 23 percentage points from December 2025 alone. The company states it has deployed more than 22,000 Nvidia H100 and H200 GPUs, with a Blackwell-generation deployment currently underway.
Quake AI has secured $270 million in multi-year contracted revenue for next-generation Nvidia HGX B300 systems at its Amsterdam data center facility, which the company describes as a purpose-built, high-density, liquid-cooled infrastructure hub.
The company also disclosed plans for up to approximately 250 megawatts of energized data center capacity targeted for availability in 2027, which it claims could represent a potential annual run-rate revenue opportunity of more than $3 billion.
Tether is identified as RUM Group's largest shareholder, with over $1 billion invested. The company said Tether's support enabled a 50% reduction in an existing Northern Data loan facility, which it characterizes as a reduction in balance sheet leverage.
RUM Group said it expects to initiate formal financial guidance when it releases its second quarter 2026 earnings results.
