DePuy Synthes names Christina Zamarro as CFO, effective July 2026

DePuy Synthes, a subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson (NYSE: JNJ), announced the appointment of Christina Zamarro as Chief Financial Officer, effective July 13, 2026.
Zamarro joins DePuy Synthes from Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, where she most recently served as Chief Financial Officer. She brings over 25 years of experience in financial roles spanning treasury, investor relations, financial planning and analysis, and accounting.
Namal Nawana, Worldwide President of DePuy Synthes, commented on the appointment: "With more than two decades of financial leadership, she brings deep experience managing global and complex transformation programs."
Zamarro holds an MBA from Vanderbilt University and a BA in Economics from Ohio Wesleyan University. She also serves on the board of L3Harris Technologies, where she is a member of the Audit Committee.
