trivago N.V. (NASDAQ: TRVG) announced that trading in its American Depositary Receipts on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange's Open Market resumed on June 26, 2026, following a suspension that had been in place since November 2023.
The suspension was triggered by Clearstream Europe AG's decision not to issue a new settlement declaration in connection with an ISIN change associated with a ratio change under trivago's ADS program. Clearstream has since issued the previously outstanding settlement declaration, satisfying the conditions required to restore trading on German stock exchanges.
The settlement declaration applies to all German stock exchanges on which trivago ADRs are admitted for trading. trivago ADRs continue to trade on their primary listing venue, the Nasdaq Stock Market, under the ticker symbol "TRVG."
