On June 26, 2026, Marathon Petroleum Corporation (the "Company") was informed of the passing of director Abdulaziz F. Alkhayyal. Mr. Alkhayyal had served as a member of the Company’s board of directors (the “Board”) since 2016. He was a member of the Board’s Compensation and Organization Development Committee and its Sustainability and Public Policy Committee. His commitment and service to the Company will be greatly missed, and the Company offers its sincere condolences to the Alkhayyal family.
